Stewart Whitehead
For over three decades, Stewart Whitehead has served clients as a lawyer and litigator, successfully serving as lead counsel in construction trials and arbitrations in Texas and beyond. Known for his methodical approach and tenaciousness in the courtroom, Stewart has obtained multimillion-dollar trial and arbitration verdicts and negotiated multimillion-dollar settlements in favor of his clients.
Stewart’s experience includes representing clients in a wide range of projects such as commercial and residential construction and development, transportation and drainage, and governmental buildings and developments to public works projects, industrial warehouse facilities, hospitals and healthcare facilities, multifamily housing, defense, environmental remediation projects, and employee injury investigations
In addition to assisting clients in construction related manners, Stewart prosecutes and defends various commercial ad real estate disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, theft of trade secrets, and deceptive trade practices. Stewart also assists clients in administrative, regulatory, and tax disputes.

Blake Wilson
Blake is a founder of Whitehead & Wilson PLLC. Having primarily practiced in the construction and real estate industries for more than a decade, Blake has extensive experience in navigating complex construction and business disputes. Blake has achieved successful outcomes for clients at all stages of disputes—from pre-litigation all the way up to serving as a key member of a team that earned one of the biggest victories of the decade at the Texas Supreme Court.
Blake’s experience includes representing both public and private entities in commercial construction and real estate disputes involving student housing projects, land and subdivision developments, multi-family projects, government buildings and developments, high-rise commercial and condominium developments, hotels, industrial facilities, and more. Blake has established himself as an accomplished litigator of a variety of claims and issues involving construction defect claims, schedule delay claims, payment and accounting issues, governmental compliance and public procurement concerns, employee injury investigations, and more.
